Within the demonstration, Pally manages the palletizing process while PHOENIX Robotics provides an additional vertical axis that extends the robot’s reach.

This allows the cobot to access higher pallet layers and larger work envelopes without requiring a larger robot platform.

How It Works

The robot follows palletizing patterns generated by Pally.

As the pallet height increases, the PHOENIX Robotics Lifting Column automatically provides the additional vertical movement required to maintain access to all pallet positions.

From the operator’s perspective, the process remains simple and intuitive, while the available working range is significantly expanded.
